Review of Super Cheap Eyebrow Pencils (Viva, Koshize, Purbasari)

Hello girls, in this post I’m gonna share my review on some cheap eyebrow products in my make up case. Most of my make up products are super cheap and easy to find. The eyebrow pencils I am gonna review are local products, and can be used for those who want to learn using make up for the first time (like me). Oh ya, my review is based on my personal experience using those products.

I found 3 cheap eyebrow pencils in my make up case from different brands. Those are Viva Eyebrow Pencil, Koshize Eyebrow Pencil from Sophie Paris and Purbasari Eyebrow Pencil. All of them has the same color, Brown.  I love using brown eyebrow pencil because it is looked more natural, not too harsh and fit with my hair color. Let us begin our review!

  •   Viva Queen Eyebrow Pencil (brown)
This is my first eyebrow pencil. Seems like this one is a Holly Grail eyebrow for those who love make up in Indonesia. Before I decided to use eyebrow pencil for making my eyebrow looks better, I looked for what the best product is, and finally the name of Viva Queen Eyebrow Pencil came up. This eyebrow pencil comes with two shades, black and brown. I bought mine in brown. Its packaging looks kinda cheap (well, it is) in orange color. Actually, I like this and have been wearing it for a long time. It is soft so it will not hurt your skin when you are applying it. Furthermore, it is also waterproof and pigmented. But one thing I don’t really like about it is the color is too red for me. So, when I used this pencil, I need to make sure that I’m applying it slightly. Price? Only about IDR 25000.

  • Koshize Eyebrow Pencil from Sophie Paris (brown)
The next eyebrow pencil is from Sophie Paris. Yap, that brand is doing expansion by launching its make up brand. Actually, I used the old version of Koshize Eyebrow Pencil. I said so because today I don’t find this kind of eyebrow anymore. There is only Koshize Eyebrow Pencil with red packaging in Chest Nut and Dark Brown. Mine was in Brown with pink packaging. The texture is not too hard, but not as soft as Viva Eyebrow Pencil. This one had been on of my favorite since the color was light brown, different from Viva which looks too red for my eyebrow. I am not sure about the price because my sister bought me this product. It is quite cheap, around IDR 30000.

  •  Purbasari Eyebrow Pencil (brown)
I like this product. This is an eyebrow pencil I am using nowadays. I did not have a high expectation on this product when the first time I bought it since its price only IDR 12000!!! But in fact, it helps me a lot. I really like the color more than two previous products. Its brown color really fit with my hair color and not too pigmented, yet it is not as soft as Viva Eyebrow Pencil. But it doesn’t matter for me
